We develop made-in-JAPAN side dishes with a focus on carefully selected domestic ingredients. In particular, we focused on Kyushu, which is known for its thriving agricultural & livestock industries, & incorporated vegetables & meat from Kyushu, as well as Kyushu`s sweet soy sauce, to create made-in-Kyushu side dishes that specialize in the Kyushu-specific "amakoi" flavor. We are manufacturing. In order to promote "local production for local consumption," in which products harvested not only in Kyushu but also in Japan are manufactured & processed locally, we consistently produce everything from planning & development to manufacturing.
